Diet 360 is a weight loss supplement manufactured by Garden of Life which is marketed as being a holistic solution to managing the problems that we all have that we use as excuses for not being able to achieve effective weight loss. The promotional material for Diet 360 acknowledges that there are many serious contributing factors for weight gain that can be subtle or obvious and can be challenging to overcome, such as emotional or physical issues, financial factors, as well as cultural habits and expectations.

The ingredients listed in Diet 360 include: Slimpure (a trademarked ingredient owned by Naturex Inc.) decaffeinated green coffee extract, blueberry leaf extract, ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root and leaf extract, brown seaweed concentrate (fucoxanthin), bayberry bark extract, coconut oil, and cellulose.

While blueberry leaf extract and fucoxanthin both have some indication of being able to assist in weight loss – though the quantities of the ingredients are unknown so it is impossible to tell if there is an adequate concentration of either to have the desired effect – Ashwangandha is the interesting ingredient in this formula because it was not included for weight loss purposes. Instead, Ashwangandha extract is an Indian herb which may be able to assist in stress reduction.

Benefits of this supplement are that it does contain ingredients which could possibly assist in weight loss if they are indeed balanced in the formula with the right concentrations.

On the other hand, the drawbacks of the Diet 360 are that its manufacturer neither recommends a specific healthy nutritious diet, nor does it suggest any exercise or activity level increases or improvements. It gives the user the impression that healthy weight loss is available simply through pill popping. Though there may be side effects as a result of the use of this supplement. Moreover, while there is some suggestion that the individual ingredients may help with the loss of fat or bodyweight, there is no actual proof that any of these ingredients – alone or in combination – will actually produce those results.

It is highly recommended that you see a doctor before starting this or any other diet supplement program as there may be a more effective or safer option for your health needs and your weight loss expectations. Moreover, your doctor will be able to help you to design a meal and exercise program to complement its use for the best and healthiest results that will lead to proper weight maintenance once it has been lost.

Diet 360 is exceptional, so I really like it. I’ve been taking them for 14 days and have lost four pounds. This is more than a diet vitamin & made from all natural ingredients.

I started using diet 360 pills last year while I was on antidepressants because I wanted to get a bit of help to lose the weight that the antidepressants were causing me to put on. I found that this product, combined with my antidepressants had effects that were a bit too strong. I was a little too lax about things – even important things. So I decided to shake the antidepressants, which weren’t doing the full job anyway (I did it gradually with a doctor’s help, so no angry messages, please). Then, I started these diet pills again. It really didn’t do much for my weight, but my stress management is way better. I lost the weight caused by my drugs, but nothing else. To me, that’s enough!
