Silver Peak Nutrition Ultimate CLA is a dietary supplement from Silver Peak Nutrition that has been developed to provide support for fat loss, weight loss, muscle building, joint health and cardio health.

This diet pill supposedly helps both adult men and women cut down on their body fat by simulating the breakdown of stored body fat and blocking new fat cells from forming. The manufacturer claims that its Ultimate CLA formula is better than other CLA products on the market because it contains “pure safflower oil and has the optimal dosage for your weight loss.” At least, this is how the product is described on the Amazon sales page as no official product page existed for this supplement when this review was created.

When this Silver Peak Nutrition Ultimate CLA Review was written, the ingredients in the formula included a CLA Complex (non-GMO 80% conjugated linoleic acid from Safflower oil), of which there was 2,000 mg per 2 softgel serving. CLA is the only active ingredient.

The suggested use is to take 2 softgels, 1 to 2 times daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare provider. For optimal results, take 2 softgels with breakfast and 2 again with dinner. This product is also meant to be used in conjunction with a sensible exercise and diet program.

Silver Peak Nutrition Ultimate CLA Pros

One of the benefits of Silver Peak Nutrition Ultimate CLA is that it contains only one active ingredient. This usually means that there is a much better chance that those who take it can experience the benefits that this ingredient has to offer.

In regard to CLA’s benefits, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) refers to a group of chemicals that are found in linoleic acid, which is a fatty acid. Dairy products and beef are primary food sources of CLA. It is thought that CLA may help decrease body fat deposits and improve immune function.

Some preliminary studies have found that CLA may reduce feelings of hunger.

Silver Peak Nutrition Ultimate CLA Cons

There is limited scientific evidence to support claims that CLA is beneficial in helping weight loss or in supporting bodybuilding and fitness. Even studies that have found it may reduce hunger also note that it’s not clear if this effect leads to reduced caloric intake. Moreover, conjugated linoleic acid does not seem to reduce body weight or BMI (body mass index) in most people. In short, there is no clinical evidence to support claims that CLA is effective for weight loss.

The most common side effects associated with CLA are upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, headache and backache.

It is a good idea to first speak with your healthcare provider if you feel like giving Silver Peak Nutrition Ultimate CLA a try.
