SuperFruit Slim is a hunger-reducing, energy-boosting dietary supplement. Its formula has been designed to help you to feel fuller faster so that you will eat less. It supports healthy metabolism, which supposedly lets you burn more calories in a day. It increases energy levels without disrupting sleep. It is rich in potent antioxidants, which can help combat the stress of highly reactive chemicals within the body.

At the time this review was written, the primary ingredients in SuperFruit Slim include: Green Tea 4:1 Extract, Acai Berry 4:1 Extract, African Mango 4:1 Extract, and CoEnzyme Q10, Caffeine, Panax Ginseng, and Black Pepper Extract.

Users are instructed to take 2 capsules per day with water prior to breakfast (no later than 10 am).

While SuperFruit Slim does contain caffeine, it is a very small dose (less than a cup of coffee), so the risk of stimulant-related side effects (ex.insomnia, anxiety, jitters, headache, etc.), associated with diet pills that contain higher doses of stimulants, is virtually non-existent. At the time this review was written, this official product page contained detailed information about the ingredients and cited studies. It also had an FAQ section and customer testimonials.

There is a 30-day money-back guarantee offered from the date of purchase.

There is no scientific proof that taking SuperFruit Slim will result in fat loss or help aid in weight loss. Simply because an ingredient has been clinically studied for weight loss, this does not make it clinically proven. Although the official product site does say it contains clinically proven ingredients, none of the ingredients have been proven effective for weight loss.

Furthermore, it is always a concern when a manufacturer boldly claims that there are no side effects. Stating that there are “no negative side effects through taking SuperFruit Slim” because all the ingredients are “100% natural” and have been manufactured in a “Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) laboratory,” does not mean the product is safe. Stating that something contains all-natural ingredients, that it contains no chemicals, and that it was manufactured in a GMP facility, does not guarantee that there are no risks. The reality is that while the risk of adverse effects are minimal, any diet pill can cause negative side effects.

Therefore, make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients and talk to your doctor before taking SuperFruit Slim, especially if you have an existing health condition or are currently taking other medication or supplements.
