Zenutra Thermogenic Extreme is marketed as a fat burner and is a non-prescription diet pill for weight loss designed to work fast for all body types. It claims to optimize thermogenesis for fat burning, boosts metabolic rate and energy levels, decreases huger cravings and can elevate mood, focus and overall mental functions.

When this review was written, 1 Zenutra capsule is equal to 1 serving size and each capsule contained Raspberry ketones (30 mg), African Mango (25 mg), Guarana (10 mg) and Rhodiola Root (10 mg) as well as a 250 mg Proprietary Blend that consists of: caffeine anhydrous, garcinia cambogia, green coffee bean, hoodia, CLA, 5-HTP, tumeric, white kidney bean, cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar, papaya leaf, L-Arginine HCl.

Users are instructed to take 1 capsule per day, before a meal, until they reach their desired results.

Zenutra does contain caffeine, which studies have found can boost mental alertness and can help to maximize fat burning potential, particularly when combined with cardio exercise. There is also strong research that suggests African Mango – a high soluble fiber – may help to control appetite and help burn fat. That said, strong research doesn’t mean proven research.

This dietary supplement is manufactured in the United States in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified labs. These facilities ensure that the products produced within them are consistently created and controlled according to quality standards.

Even though Zenutra does contain certain ingredients that could help to boost your energy, there is very limited information about this product and no scientific proof that it can help cause or aid in the measurable loss of weight. Additionally, it contains many ingredients that require more clinical study to determine their efficacy and safety in regard to weight loss.

Furthermore, the amounts of each ingredient used in the 250 mg of Proprietary Blend are not indicated, so you don’t know how much of each you are getting per serving, which causes further doubt regarding this diet pills effectiveness.

Finally, Zenutra contains multiple stimulants within its formula, which boost your chances of experiencing unpleasant side effects, such as insomnia, upset stomach, headache, nausea, jitters, restlessness, heart palpitations, etc.

Although Zenutra can easily be purchased online at sites like Amazon, it is strongly encouraged that you first speak with your healthcare provider about your intentions to take this product before making it a part of your weight loss regimen.
