1st Phorm Bliss is a fat burner, appetite suppressant, and natural energy booster designed for women to help them burn fat, control cravings, and a whole lot more. The manufacturer, 1st Phorm, claims that Bliss can also help soothe PMS symptoms and even menopause. It also supposedly helps reduce mood swings and water retention.

The formula contains the following ingredients: Niacin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, DynActive Complex: [Caffeine Anhydrous, Picamilon, Hordenine, N Methyl Tyramine, Cocoa Extract, Huperzine A], Neurocept: [Choline Bitartrate, DMAE, Sulbutiamine, Bacopa Monniera (50% bacopasides), Beta Phenylethylamine HCL] BioTherm Matrix: [Green Tea Extract (45% EGCG,75% Catechins, 90% Polyphenols),Coleous Forskohli (20% Forskolin), Evodiamine, Cayenne Pepper Extract, Dandelion Powder, Synephrine, Green Coffee Bean Extract, Guarana Extract, Diiodotyrosine], Bliss Fusion: [Damiana powder and Ashwagandha].

The recommended dosage is to take 2 to 4 capsules daily. Users are strongly urged to first test their tolerance by taking only 2 pills per day: 1 capsule with 16 ounces of water 30-45 minutes prior to their first meal, and 1 capsule 5 hours later with another 16 ounces of water 30-45 minutes before their next meal. If well tolerated, users can proceed to take 2 capsules, twice daily (up to 4 capsules maximum per day). This product should not be taken after 3pm to avoid sleep problems such as insomnia.

At the time this review was written, the 1St Phorm Bliss official website provides consumers with the Bliss product ingredients, as well as detailed information on how to use Bliss, what should be avoided while taking it, and who should avoid taking it. The manufacturer cautions users to carefully read directions and warnings and lists possible side effects. Unlike many other manufactures of weight loss products, 1st Phorm does not pretend that its product is the right choice for everyone.

There are no studies to backup the claims that 1st Phorm has made about Bliss and its effectiveness as a fat burner, appetite suppressant, or its ability to help with PMS or Menopause symptoms.

Bliss contains both caffeine (guarana, green coffee bean, caffeine) and synephrine. Not only does this mean that 1st Phorm Bliss contains multiple stimulants, but it also means that there is a greater risk of adverse side effects including sleeplessness, irritability, nervousness, and rapid heartbeat. Furthermore, some individuals may be at risk of more severe cardiovascular side effects such as heart attack and stroke because, according to the FDA, the combination of synephrine and caffeine can increase the risk of these effects.

In addition, this product contains diuretic ingredients (dandelion powder). Therefore, it is important that users remain hydrated. The manufacturer recommends that users drink a minimum of 130 ounces of water per day. Diuretics increase the risk of dehydrations and heat exhaustion and may be unsafe for individuals with certain medical conditions.

1st Phorm Bliss is recommended for healthy adults between the ages of 21 and 55 years of age, but it may not be safe for everyone to take, which is why it is important that you first speak with your medical practitioner prior to taking it, regardless of your current health condition.
