Maximuscle Thermobol is a weight loss supplement that has been designed to support weight management by burning fat, improving alertness and mental focus, and helping to maintain a healthy metabolism. Its metabolic formula is also said to help a person achieve muscular definition.

The Maximuscle Thermobol formula contains the following ingredients: Bitter Orange Peel (citrus aurantium), Vitamin B12, L-Tyrosine, D-Biotin, Caffeine, Chromium, Green Tea Extract (90% polyphenols), Capsaicin Extract from Hot Cayenne Pepper, Guarana Seed, Vitamin B5, Bioperine (black pepper extract), Vitamin B1.

Each of the ingredients have been selected based on clinical research that suggests that they help to provide an effect(s) that can help benefit weight loss, such as improving metabolism, burning fat, boosting energy, promoting thermogenesis, suppressing appetite, etc.

Users are instructed to take 3 capsules daily with water, at separate times throughout the day, and on an empty stomach. It is recommended that users take 1 capsule 30 minutes prior to exercise for a boost. For best results, Maximuscle Thermobol should be combined with a sensible diet and exercise program.

This weight loss supplement contains caffeine, which has been scientifically proven to increase alertness. That being the case, there is a very good chance that Maximuscle Thermobol will provide an energy boost, which may help to improve activity levels and exercise performance in some people.

The major drawback of Maximuscle Thermobol is that it contains a lot of caffeine. The full dose (3 pills per day) provides 444mg of caffeine, which is significant when you consider that an 8oz cup of brewed coffee contains between 95-200mg. Certain side effects that may be experienced when taking this pill include insomnia, jitters, anxiety, rapid heartbeat, headache and upset stomach, etc. To help lower the risk of side effects, users should avoid taking these pills late in the afternoon and evening to prevent sleep disturbances. They should also avoid ingesting caffeinated foods or beverages while taking this product. That being said, this product should definitely be avoided by anyone who is sensitive to stimulants.

Furthermore, it should also be pointed out that this diet supplement contains a significant amount (975mg per 3 pills) of bitter orange peel, which contains a stimulant known as synephrine. This stimulant can enhance the effects of caffeine. The FDA has warned that combining synephrine with caffeine can be dangerous, even for healthy individuals, as it can lead to high blood pressure, heart attack and stroke.

Lastly, there is no clinical evidence that this diet pill will actually help a person shed fat. Hence, there is no guarantee that weight loss will occur from taking Maximuscle Thermobol.

Even though this product is available without prescription, due to its high caffeine and bitter orange content, it is still a good idea to speak with your healthcare provider before taking it, or you may just want to avoid it altogether.
